Train assistant managers.
Participate in tenders, preparation of commercial proposals, influence negotiations, supervise submission of the required documentation.
Supervise provided services for compliance with customer needs.

Help in verbal and written negotiations with foreign clients.
Search and analysis of information upon business manager request.
Maintain database - clients, contacts, contracts, bids ect.
Interaction with other business departments of the company.
Other business duties upon manager's request.

Process orders and files from customers.
Issuance of analytical reports for customers.
Maintain EDM system of the lab.
Mail paper copies of documents.
Store and maintain archive (original documents).
Search of information upon manager's request.

Working with EDM system.
Transfer paper based field reports to specialized database.
Preparation of daily reports.
