Responsibilities: - Management of projects in the field of Smart metering. Department of Projects and System Solutions. - Pre-sale work with potential customers, selection of technical solutions, presentation, participation in tenders. - Sale of software and hardware systems (electricity meters, data collection and transmission devices, cabinets, etc.). - Cost management. Assessment of resources, costs, risk analysis, obtaining of the necessary information and the formation of a financial model. Protection and further control of the budget. - Creating and maintaining a project in SAP. - Formation of purchases orders, participation in procurement procedures. Sending requests and collecting offers from suppliers and subcontractors. - Management of the project team (procurement, production, logistics, installers, comission workers, HW and SW developers), periodical meetings to set tasks for responsibles, deadlines, tracking and information exchange during the project. - Work with suppliers and contractors: search, collection of proposals, evaluation, contracts, management a of supplies and sunbcontractors. - Reporting of internal and external project metrics (communications management). - After sale support. - Reporting parties about project metrics; Achievements: - Many projects have been implemented (including simultaneously) both in the retail and wholesale electricity markets. Below are the most significant: • Project of the ASKUE system at such facilities as VOEK (> $ 6 million) in Russia, the KREC project in Kazakhstan. • Implemented about 5 pilot projects based on innovative WiFi and NB-IoT data collection technologies. • From scratch developed and implemented a project with the largest telecommunications company in Russia. (> $ 1million)

MobixChip LTD is a western company, resident of innovative center Skolkovo, acts as a system integrator introducing new technologies PLC&RF wireless solution for Russia & CIS AMR market (data exchange from meters), and other related equipment (GPRS/GSM-modems, gateways, concentrators, hubs, remote displays, RF sensors, MDM SW of head end system). Responsibilities: - Organization and management of projects - Presentations of innovative technologies to potential customers; - Technical commercial proposals and sales (including costs and margin calculations); - Successful work with major meters manufacturers: Energomera, GRPZ, Taipit, Betar and others for OEM embedding the innovative technology; - Leading a team of developers (Russian and foreign) to integrate protocols from third-party devices, integration with third-party software; - Correspondence and negotiations with largest customers: Rosseti, FSBI "Russian Energy Agency" Mosenergosbyt, JSC "IDGC Holding

Responsibilities: - Presentations, negotiations with potential customers (management companies, public utilities), authorities, contractors, equipment suppliers, in order to implement projects for the installation of metering of heat energy (MHE); - Drafting of technical and commercial proposals including planning, budgeting; - Remote organization of work on signed contracts by counterparties in attracting regional contractors and equipment suppliers: providing contractors with equipment and materials for installation MHE, coordination of project documentation for installation, monitoring of deadlines for MHE installation, monitoring design executive documentation entry into service. Approx. 5 business trips per month. Achievements: - More than 100 projects have been implemented in the company.

Responsibilities: - Project management of gas piston power plants (TPP) in Moscow. Preparation of analytical reports on the current status of projects. Meetings with contractors. Negotiations and correspondence with major customers, contractors and designers. - Various approvals concerning of the project’s implementation. Planning and distribution of all types of resources needed for the project - Financial control of the project. - Participation in land and legal registration, correspondence with the authorities. Participation in exhibitions and presentations. - Search for potential consumers of electricity, search for general contracts.

Responsibilities: - Independently carried out zero-based projects (calculation, design, detailing, bills) to more than 25 types of boilers, ranging from 0.015 to 2.5 MW multi-fuel, now successfully working in the municipalities. - Leading the projects with mechanical furnaces GPT 1.25-2.5 MW, cyclones, heat exchangers, mudguards, scrubbers. Most projects in 3D Environment Compass 3D, AutoCAD, as well the development of technical documentation for modular boilers, equipment selection, boiler designs, client consultations and business trips on fault, installation and commissioning of boilers.
