-Preparation and verification of estimate documentation: general construction works (interior and exterior finishing, zero cycle, earth works, etc.), engineering networks, landscaping (Industrial and Civil construction) - Preparation of budget documentation (local estimates, SRS, SSR, calculations) for the implementation of the entire complex of construction and installation works The estimates in TER, FER, GosEtalon (basic/current prices), commercial quotation. - Preparation of acts of work performed in the form of KS-2, KS-3, KS-6A. M-29. - Calculation of volumes of works. Preparation of bills of quantities and defective statements. - Interaction with the Customer/Contractor, preparing responses to comments. - Protection, approval of estimates -- Checking the estimated documentation of contractors. - Work in a large company. - Work with contracts and projects. Computer knowledge: a confident PC user, knowledge of estimates (Grandsmeta, A0, Wizard, AROS, ABC-4, etc.) and drawing (Autocad, Compas) programs, MS Office package (Word. Excel, etc.), image editors (Adobe Photoshop. CorelDraw), Internet, work with office equipment, and etc.
