Support for the implementation of a spatial information management strategy. Support with a robust geo-information systems and workflows using ESRI ArcGIS applications and associated spatial data techniques (provision of geo-database and related ArcSDE support, along with advanced GIS cartography generally in the form of MyMaps/AGOL products and advise/support). Support the design and implementation of geospatial database applications with emphasis on implementation of Shell Group and International Industry Data Models for Geo-information. Implementation of procedures, standards for the collection, distribution, storage, analysis, processing and presentation of geo information. Proactively integrates CAD data sources and workflows with GIS databases. Provide expertise in CAD processing skills and optimize data and workflows from acquisition to publication and information extraction. Coordinate integrity support. Manage Geo-information database integrity. Operation integrity support. Fulfill the HSE Critical Role of Geomatics Support to Emergency Coordination and Response and to partake in Duty Rota as required. Define & implement COP (Emergency Response information portal) local datasets functionality and coordinate this activity with Global Shell COP project lead. Maintains HSE Critical GIS databases. Works as Company Site Representative at Contractor work locations, providing supervision of Contractor GIS and CAD personnel and performing quality assurance inspections of delivered GIS and CAD data. Manage and supervise staff as required in specific areas of GI Management.

Full-value processing aerial and satellite data in ENVI, Trimble Inpho and other remote sensing software. Data extraction, compilation and interpretation (NDVI, change detection, geohazards assessment). Multi-source data processing. Mapping in ArcGIS. Develop ETL workflows and algorithms for spatial data. Provide QC/QA for Survey data (Seabed, Geodesy, etc.) GIS modeling and spatial analysis. ECT support.
