The design was completed within the estimated budget of the project. Main duties included project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Assistant Construction Manager Project design development Construction Outlet village Belaya dacha: Joined the project in the middle of Phase 1 of the outlet construction. Main responsibilities included tracking the progress of the contractor’s construction programme. Other day to day construction site activities included RFI review/ approval, MAF review and approval change order negotiations with the contractor, method statements review and approval. As built documentation review. Commissioning the project to city officials and other operational matters (BTI technical passports, closing acts, operation permit). Second phase of the outlet: design and construction phases. I was involved throughout the whole working design stage of the project. Main responsibilities included: structural/architectural review/coordination/approval. Coordination of MEP drawings review by engineers. Main responsibilities included coordination of construction and design teams, day to day tracking of the work progress on site, full supervision of workers, commissioning and handover of the project to the property management team, working with city and government organizations for commissioning the project and seeking necessary approvals and permissions from city authorities. Construction of the second phase of the outlet was delivered within the budget and and the project programme.
