Electrical Superintendent

• Budget planning (generating the project budget), control over its fulfillment; • Development and control of the project construction schedule; • Organization of work on the site, including coordination of the work of our own forces and contractors; • Monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality of work; • Development and implementation of measures to eliminate deviations from work schedules; • Coordination and planning of deliveries of construction materials and equipment; • Control of timely delivery of work documentation to contractors; • Organization of analysis of working documentation for errors and search for optimization of cost and terms; • Organizing and holding meetings of contractors during the project implementation; • Timely provision of data for generating reports and claims on the project within their authority;

• Setting objectives and tasks to employees and supervises over their implementation; • Coordinating works and activities of subordinates; • Organizing, coordinating and supervising Electrical Construction activities (Construction of Combined Oil Refining Unit at Moscow Refinery); • Taking part in development/ revision of Construction schedules; • Taking part in assessment of potential Subcontractors; • Supervising over compliance of executed works terms with scheduled terms; • Supervising over compliance of works being executed with Detailed Design documentation, regulations, Codes and Standards; • Managing fulfillment of Subcontract agreements/ contracts; • Managing acceptance of works executed by Subcontracting companies and offering these works to Client and EPCm Contractor for approval/ acceptance; • Arranging / Taking part in technical meetings; • Promptly solvings issues related to materials and components replacement and design modifications; • Settling down disputes/ misunderstandings with Subcontractors.

• Solving various issues related to Engineering, Construction and Commissioning of electrical equipment designed for explosion-hazardous plants (was a person in charge for Electrical equipment installed in Areas under his responsibility); • Working with various tasks and duties including developing Technical assignments, Technical specifications and Design and estimate documentation; • Making Electrical Installations punch lists; • Supervising over technical status/ conditions and safe operation of electric/ power equipment; • Drawing out forecast Modification and Maintenance plans; • Taking active part in developing Energy saving measures and actions.

• Performing maintenance, preventive testing and control over technical status of equipment of substations, process units, switchgears and power supply lines; • Supervising over construction activities on Power Plant and timely commissioning of it; • Maintaining technical documentation, developing power supply schemes; • Reviewing As-Built documentation for constructed plants, developing Preventive Maintenance schedules, making punch lists for Electric Installations; • Supervising over works performed by Electric Subcontracting companies and assuring proper work quality; taking part in acceptance of equipment for operation; • Issuing requests/ orders for required materials, spare parts, tools and accessories to ensure smooth operation of Electric Network Service; • Delivering safety inductions, supervising over safe works execution and strictly following process and other regulations; • Developing measures and action plans to enhance Power Supply reliability and quality
