- Contract management, including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, specification compliance, scope development, pricing, customer negotiations, customer communications, and issue resolution
- Coordination of delivery schedule, project budget, content of the input data and work results with customer and suppliers;
- Task distribution among subordinates, who take part in the project, according to the project plan, skills and qualifications; definition of priorities;
- Control over complying with schedule, development of corrective actions in case of deviation from project plan;
- Quality control of the deliverables, development of corrective actions in case of deviation
- Resolving of current technical, organizational and budget matters;
- Supporting colleagues in solving technical and administration problems;
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement activities with regard to areas of responsibility;
- Participation in creation and development of internal procedures of the project;
- Permanent search and generation of proposals regarding the ways to increase labor productivity, cost saving and improvements of project quality assurance system;

- Supporting schedule, cost, team performance and objectives cascading to the teams and ensures appropriate awareness to all team members
- Analyzing information collected and indicators to anticipate deviations from project baseline
- Proposing preventive and corrective actions and ensures follow-up
- Development of process KPIs and system for their monitoring
- Driving of processes optimization from "as is" to "as to be" based on assessment results
- Trends, base line, activities, current performance and gaps analysis
- Definition and formalization all project management processes in terms of inputs, outputs, applicable procedures, tools/means
- Improving the efficiency of PM processes
- Establishing of information exchange procedures inside the project and with customer
