- Preparation of concepts on construction and maintenance activities; - Work with developers, general contractors regarding newly construction and refurbishment projects; - Development and implementation of cost-effective technologies and processes. - Investment analysis in project management; - Control and participation of engineering services operation on distribution centers (19 logistic centers); - Implementation of cost-effective technologies and processes on the logistic centers. - Development and implementation of terms in optimization and costs reduction during construction and maintenance activities.

- Control and participation of engineering services operation on distribution centers (18 logistic centers); - Implementation of cost-effective technologies and processes on the logistic centers in the field of energy supply and energy conservation; - Utility costs management on logistic centers; - Preparing of technical solutions requirements and technical specifications in the building and reconstruction way of engineering networks and communications; - Technical requirements preparation of newly constructed facilities decisions; - Assessment of investment efficiency of newly and reconstructed logistic centers; - Design decisions in way of repair and construction works on logistic centers.

- review and agreement of documentation for reconstruction and building facilities in safeguard zone of electrical networks; - design decisions review and agreement in safeguard zone; - department management; - preparation and release of newly facilities (35 kV and above) technical documentation; - preparation of technical tasks for facilities (6/10-35 kv and above) design; - acceptance of open-wire feeders (high tension transmission lines 35-110 kv), substaitions equipment and buildings after complex repair; - control of implementations after main network repair work; - control and participation in electrical network diagrams review of substations (6/10-35 kv and above) in accordance with the Electrical codes requirments; - review and preparation of conclusions in facilities (6/10-35 kv and above) estimate documentation; - have an experience in project management (network topology based on SAP technology).
