• Search and attraction of partners for payment processing for the company's projects both in Russia and abroad. • Correspondence by mail, skype, telegram, calls, negotiations. Coordination of tariffs and integration options, discussion of conditions.
• Preparation of the necessary documents.

• Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships with 18 new partners (Banks, IPSP companies)

• Work with current suppliers, business correspondence, calls, negotiations, conclusion and maintenance of contracts; Regular search for new foreign suppliers, including at exhibitions (China). Traveled internationally 2 times per year to observe newest trends and make proactive buying choices.
• Search for new unique products and alternative suppliers.
• Negotiating with suppliers on the conclusion of mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Request for catalogs and price lists.
• Analysis of proposals from suppliers, negotiations to improve the conditions (lower input prices, minimize the cost of goods, delaying payments).
• Tracking and control of the production of goods under OEM (Private labels/brands).
• Preparation of full Artwork with the design department and monitoring compliance with certification requirements for labeling of goods before shipment.
• Organization of a full delivery cycle from the manufacturer to the company's warehouse.
• Monitoring the timing of production and shipments on time, drawing up reports on the movement of goods.
• Preparation of documents for customs clearance.
• Monitoring the timely receipt of goods at the customs terminal.
• Verification of the correct filling of freight and transport documents.
• Conducting claims work.
• The solution of operational issues and interaction with other departments within the company.
• Met with suppliers to assess changes and determine proper courses of action.

• Managed to increase the margin for all regular orders of the company.
• Developed and calculated new products, some of which were subsequently successfully sold to customers.
