Klimov K. N. was born in Moscow, Russia in 1969. Diploma with honors School of mathematics and physics and Silver medal in 1986. Personal grants of the Academic Council of Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) 1991. He received the M.S. degrees in Radiophysics and Electronics (Diploma with honors) from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), in 1993 and the Ph.D. degree in Antenna and Microwave engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), in 2002, Sc.D. degree in Antenna and Microwave engineering from Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (Technical University), in 2007. From 2002 to 2006, he was a Chair with the Sector of perspective development (Antennas Departament) Lavochkin Research and Production Association and a Associate Professor with the Department of Radio telecommunication devices and systems of the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics . From 2006 to 2008, he was a Deputy Head of Antennas Department the Lavochkin Research and Production Association and a Associate Professor with the Department of Radio telecommunication devices and systems of the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. From 2008 to 2018, he was a Leading Researcher - Сhief Designer the Research & Production Corporation «LIANOZOVO ELECTROMECHANICAL PLANT». Since 2018, he has been a Chief Researcher - Сhief Designer with the PJSC “ALMAZ Research & Production Corporation”. From 2008 to 2011, he was a Professor with the Department of Radio telecommunication devices and systems of the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. From 2011 to 2012, he was a Chair with the Department of Antenna Devices and Radio Wave Propagation of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University). From 2012 to 2014, he was a Professor with the Department of Radio Electronics and Telecommunications of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Professor with the Department of Production technology of radio-electronic devices of the Russian State Technological University, Moscow, Russia. Since 2019, he has been a Professor with the Department of Radio Engineering and Cybernetics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Russia. Since 2015, he has been a Professor with the Department №317 of the Moscow Aviation Institute, Russia. He is the author of 10 books, 49 articles, 55 conference papers, and 6 inventions. His research interests include antennas and propagation, microwave theory and techniques, numerical electromagnetics, radar of inhomogeneous plasma in thermo-nuclear reactors, communication engineering, electronic engineering and telecommunications engineering.
