• Full cycle controlling, supervising and authorizing of internal AP
• Regular processing of accruals in GL
• P&L reconciliations, posting transactions in DAX in accordance with local legislation and IFRS standards, reporting to US & Netherlands offices
• Participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, reporting to management
• Inter offices settlements, contacting to internal and external partners
• Verifying agreements with suppliers of services, insurance companies, communication with all departments to ensure timely and accurate understanding of issues and opportunities of our business
• Active interaction with local tax authorities and external auditors

• Fixed assets accounting for both local and US GAAP purposes
• Daily posting transactions in ERP system
• Preparation of obligatory FA documents and required forms
• Reconciliation of settlements, finance stock reconciliation with Logistic Manager

• Regular transactions posting, reconciliation of bank accounts, payment orders and cash flow analysis preparation
• Verification of documents, processing of bank statements, AP accounting in the part of suppliers of services, collecting accounting documents ,preparation of accounts analysis, reporting to management
