Project Administrator

STAN LLC is the largest manufacturer and supplier of metalworking equipment, which occupies more than 50% of the Russian market. It consists of 7 factories in Russia and 1,500 employees. My responsibility as a Project Administrator and Team Assistant included: - control of tasks assigned to directors of departments of the management company and executive directors of plants (15 people in total), - the meetings organization and support, - work with workflow: writing official letters, drawing up orders, - preparation of analytical and reference materials and presentations. With my active participation, these projects have been successfully implemented: - the amendments were made to industry laws, the interaction between domestic enterprises and government bodies became more transparent and efficiency; - our company was included in “The List of Strategic Organizations”, which made it possible to obtain several preferences (soft loans, etc.); - all our products (200 types of machines) were certified, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia issued confirmation to our company as a domestic manufacturer; - the process of delegating top management tasks and monitoring the execution of instructions has been optimized in the 1C program.

"B2B Translations" is a translation agency with a focus on asian languages, where I worked with clients and translators, conducted marketing research and partially improved the organization's business processes. - I conducted an analysis of competitors in Moscow, their services and prices; - I participated in the development of the strategy and goals of the organization, described the business processes in the organization and improved them; - I visited international exhibitions in order to establish long-term cooperation with organizations, searched for translators and supervised their work. As a result of my work, the organization has formulated goals and a strategy, realized its advantages over its competitors and became more popular in the industry environment. Business processes in organizations have become more structured.
