BDM/Product/Technical Manager

- Planning, coordination and monitoring the implementation of the sales targets on quarterly base, marketing planning - Organization, control, execution in time of planned sales actions - Stock, transits, sellout control and analyze - Order collections, lineup planning in specific customers

1. Responsible for SMB/SME, Enterprise, Dataсenter networking market segment digging in Russia; 2. Creating Russia Pricing, Project protection and other sufficient policies; 3. Work with and help Partners and Distributors to win pilot projects; 4. Selling Ruijie Products and Solutions (including Hospitality, CCTV, Campus Network, Education, Transportation and Cloud solution), SaaS, SDN to key customers; 5. Develop influential relationships with assigned customers; 6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships; 7. Responsible for developing Russia sales, building sales pipeline and reaching sales targets (SalesForce); 8. Channel partners development Achievements: 2 Value-add Distributors signed, created clear pricing and partner policy, running channel sales. Few mid size DC and Transportation projects. Attending in Rostelecom, Yandex and other big projects. Improving Ruijie brand awarness.

1. Working with Sales / Business development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and convert prospects to customers. 2. Preparation and delivering of product messaging to highlight value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management and RFP response documents. 3. Working closely with the product management team to demonstrate and prototype integrations within customer environment. 4. As technical support, provided technical training and routine communication to partners, to promote partner and channel development. 5. Project presales support, including customer communication, technical discussion, requirement guide, solution proposal, solution verification, etc. (MosGorTrans, Rostelecom, etc.) 6. Working independently with prospects / customers technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping. Achievements: Ruijie is the only one Networking vendor providing Enterprise grade SaaS, SDN Cloud service deployed in Russia and lifetime free for all SMB customers.
