Scope: MEU countries (34) Responsibilities: - Managing IT projects in MEU countries - Consulting stakeholders - Budgeting and project cost optimization - Communication between business and IT Achievements: - Russia Сhocolate Plant separation (sale) - Belarus office close with legal entity cancellation - Ukraine office close - Freezing of the Maestro plant construction in Novosibirsk

Scope: 5 Plants, 1 BU, 21 Sales offices and 4 Warehouses in Russia (2600+ Users) Responsibilities: - Managing IT projects on the whole Russia sites - Consulting stakeholders - Budgeting (CAPEX\OPEX) - Cost saving - Bidding process arrangement - Communication between business and IT Achievements: - New multi-category Green Field Plant (Maestro) in Novosibirsk area. Full infrastructure from the scratch. - Moscow BU redecoration with IT environment expansion on two additional floors - Implementing Enterprise voice Lync on the Plant

Scope: 5 Plants in Russia (1300+ Users) Responsibilities: - IT Infrastructure deployment (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Servers, Storage and backup systems, Structured cabling systems) - Bidding process arrangement - Coordinating local resources and contractors during project lifecycle - Cooperation with ISP for new WAN channels construction, expanding mobile signal coverage - Remote support and problem solving. Involving regional teams (Network, Hosting, EUC) - Project CAPEX\OPEX budgeting. Achievements: - Implementing new Kraft Infrastructure standards on two Cadbury plants, including replacement of the all network equipment with new CISCO devices. Rebuilding server room with new UPSs, servers, storage and backup systems. - Implementing new AVAYA solution with full DECT coverage on two Plants - New CISCO videoconference system deployment on each Plant - Deploying Wi-Fi coverage on each plant including WMS Wi-Fi - Two additional repeaters construction to expand\improve mobile coverage - Network lifecycle refresh. Replacement of the all outdated equipment

Coordinator IS Infrastructure, Regions Scope: 25 Regional sales offices + 4 Warehouses in Russia Responsibilities: - Full responsibilities for office moving\merging\opening\closing projects from IT Infrastructure perspective. - Remote support and problem solving. - Cost estimation Achievements: - New 21 offices were opened after Cadbuty and Kraft foods merged
