Logistic manager

The only logistics specialist on the project from the first day of employment:

- logistics processes management
- negotiations with suppliers regarding schedule of equipment and materials coming to site
- coordination of materials coming to site from abroad
- negotiations with the Customer regarding the planning of materials / equipment delivery
- subcontractors daily control regarding daily tasks
- daily work with subcontractors regarding delivery and unloading of equipment on site
- daily work with Security dept. of Customer regarding gate passes for trucks coming from abroad
- unloading heavy trucks control on the territory of the Customer / site
- documentary support of supplies, documentary control, preparation and signing a package of documents with the Customer including AOD
- daily work with subcontractors on the provision of heavy trucks for materials / equipment transportation
- custom clearance control of equipment / materials from abroad (EU)
- timely transportation of materials / equipment from custom zone (TSW) to site
- organization and control oversized equipment transportation (heavy items over 300 tons)

- meetings and negotiations with agricultural products (grain / seeds) producers
- organization of business trips to the regions of Russia for agricultural products buying
- establishing a supplier-buyer chain with the aim of further sending purchased products to the Asian market (China)
- logistic costs calculation on the basis of INCOTERMS
- export contracts preparation for the supply of linseed to China
- documentary support of international transactions
- interaction with railway services
- interaction with surveyors in seaports
- business correspondence in English with foreign partners
- phone conversations with foreign contractors in English

- development and preparation for signing interregional/international agreements between the Nizhny Novgorod region Government and foreign partners,
- monitoring the implementation of international/interregional cooperation agreements between the Nizhny Novgorod region Government and foreign partners
- reports preparation of international/interregional agreements between the Nizhny Novgorod region Government and foreign partners
- foreign delegations visits preparation to the Nizhny Novgorod region
- official protocol support during foreign delegations visits to the Nizhny Novgorod region
- international and foreign economic activity study of Russian Federation regions
- ensuring representatives participation of the Nizhny Novgorod region executive authorities in the activities of federal and regional consultative working bodies on the cooperation with foreign countries development
- interaction with the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation on the international and foreign economic activities of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region
- interaction with the executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod region regarding organization of international activities and interaction with foreign partners

- document management (databases) in English
- interaction with clients on obtaining licenses for doing business in the JLT FEZ;
- providing advisory services to potential clients on the company's products;
- meetings and negotiations with clients;
- translations (English, Arabic, Russian);
- communication with clients by phone;
- interaction with the departments of the Company on the renewal of existing client licenses

- document management (databases) in English;
- bilingual insurance / reinsurance contracts creation (eng / rus);
- interaction with a client, consultation of a potential client on the company's products;
- documentary customer support of the insurance / reinsurance contract;
- adjustment of existing insurance / reinsurance contracts based on the wishes of clients;
- holding an existing client of the company at the end of the insurance / reinsurance period
