Construction QA/QC Engineer (NAKS II, VIC II, NOSTROY)

• Performance of construction control of Project sections (architectural solutions, reinforced-concrete structures, metal structures, etc.) on behalf of Customer; • Coordination of engineering and technical staff work, organizational design, strategy, execution control; • Performance of incoming inspection of building materials; • Checking building materials for compliance with certificates and passports; • Performance of technical documentation, executive (as-built) documentation and geodetic schemes; • Control and checking of completeness in the prescribed manner of executive documentation, and transfer it to the Customer; • Checking the scope of work performed; • Interaction with design organizations, General contractor’s quality control service and Subcontractors; • Quality control of work performance, compliance of work performance with current building codes, public standards, ASME, ASTM, API, DIN and regulatory acts; • Control of compliance with Safety regulations; • Maintenance of technical documentation.

• Performance of incoming control of construction materials, pipe production steelwork; • Answering and solving technical queries (TQ's) • Performance of incoming control (RFI) of construction materials, pipe production steelwork; • Performance of construction quality control of such project sections as: reinforced-concrete structures, metal structures, out-door plumbing system, architectural solutions, asphalting-tarry substances, water conduit well etc; • Check of certificates and passports of construction materials, pipe production steelwork for compliance; • Check of technical documentation (Inspection of Hidden Works Certificate, handover certificate, examination certificate of critical structure, anti-surge control system); • Control and check of technical documentation for compliance in stated order and delivery it to the Customer; • Performance of technical documentation KS-2, KS-3, KS-12, M-29, executive (as-built) documentation; • Preparing reports about the moving of construction materials (storage – site); • Quality control of works, preparing information about the quantities of the performed works on site including subcontractors; • Preparing reports about the using of construction materials; • Interact with developers, Customer’s quality control service and subcontractors; • Quality control of completed works in accordance with current building codes, public standards, ASME, ASTM, API and regulatory acts; • Technical documentation performance; • Compliance with safety regulation monitoring.

• Performance of technical documentation KS-2, KS-3, KS-12, M-29, executive (as-built) documentation; • Monitoring, checking and completing documentation for delivery to the Customer and agency of ROSTEKHNADZOR in accordance with established procedure; • Preparing reports about activities on assigned area on a quarterly basis; • Quality control of works, preparing information about the quantities of the performed works on site including subcontractors; • Preparing reports about the using of materials supplied by Customer; • Preparing of Delivery-Acceptance Acts of completed works (forms KS2, KS3); • Analysis of design specifications and estimates documentation; • Interact with developers, Customer’s quality control service and subcontractors; • Quality control of completed works in accordance with current building codes, public standards and regulatory acts; • Technical maintenance of full reconstructed Lukoil objects from removing to turnkey delivery.

• Performance of technical documentation KS-2, KS-3, KS-12, M-29, executive (as-built) documentation; • Monitoring, checking and completing documentation for delivery to the Customer in accordance with established procedure; • Preparing reports about activities on assigned area on a quarterly basis; • Quality control of works, preparing information about the quantities of the performed works on site including subcontractors; • Preparing reports about the using of materialssupplied by Customer; • Receipt and delivery of constructing objects.

• Work organization on Site; • Quality control of works: electrical, drilling & piling, reinforcement & concrete, welding; • Quality control of civil works (construction and development of accommodation camp, combustive and lubricating materials station, temporary manufacturing zones and storage of building materials areas); • Quality control of manufactured products and embedded parts; • Control of building materials volume; • Control of fulfilled works volume; • Monitoring of completed works volume; • Subcontractors work coordination; • Preparation of quality control reporting; • Cooperation with Customer regarding assurance of quality works; • Meetings on Site arranging; • Development and coordination of quality assurance plans (the main directions, reinforcement and concrete work, pile foundations, welding); • Verification of permits, current and acceptance documentation, including foreign reporting forms; • Independent preparation and forming of Executive documentation packages, including foreign reporting forms; • Technical documentation performance; • Incoming control; • Compliance with safety regulation monitoring.
