Customer service/visa support manager

written and oral communication in both Russian and English with present and potential clientele; consultation on company current services and prices; help with submitting online requests and occuring issues with the website; contact with service providers and Russian governmental entities, namely Federal Migration Service and Russian consulates and embassies worldwide; introducing new services and prices for customers; invoicing, drafting contracts; processing Russian and CIS visa support for foreign citizens (FMS business letter invitations, telexes, tourist vouchers); reception customers in the office and assistance with miscellaneous queries; light office duties (ordering office supplies, housekeeping around the office,etc.)

correspondence in English and Russian with present and potential customers; issuing business and tourist visa support to Russia and CIS countries for non-Russian citizens (FMS business letter invitations, telexes, tourist vouchers); translation from English into Russian work permits, birth and marriage certificates, passport extension pages, etc; support with business and tourist Russian visa registration; hotel bookings; billing; delivery of invitation letters to the customers via company and international courier services (UPS, DHL, FedEx).
