Project - multifunctional complex Lakhta Center. Complex management of the project regarding Electrical systems. Client consulting regarding the technical part of the project. Risks management. Responsible manager for electrical facilities of the "Samsung C&T Corporation RUS" LLC (5th electrical safety group) Schedule and Planning Controlling: - reviewing the delivery and execution schedule from the contractor; - supporting the development of the construction schedule and other project deliverables. Technical Document Controlling: - ensuring technical document such as method statement, technical chart etc. are issued by contractors, as required; - reviewing the technical document. Site Controlling: - verifying the work done volume every month for recommending the monthly payment to Contract; - monitoring the project schedules regarding manpower, material and equipment requirement - monitoring field variations and keep the Project Team informed of these changes; - reviewing manpower requirements relative to meeting current job progress schedules, follow-up for timely delivery of materials to meet current schedules; - coordinating work among the various trades and supervise and direct the work of the line and grade crews; - monitoring the work to assure good quality control, and making certain that work complies to the approved technical document; - ensuring contractor compliance with Samsung C&T Safety, Standard and all applicable safety codes and regulations. Reporting: - creating the daily, weekly report; - updating the Construction Condition Analysis. Meeting: - attending a meeting; - presiding the meeting with contractors; - preparing the meeting agenda and meeting minutes.

Implementation of investment projects from concept to putting into operation: - development of the project (concept formation, preliminary inquiry commercial proposals, the calculations of payback budgeting project concept and rationale of the project budget); - project implementation (obtaining all necessary permits and approvals, formation stages and implementation schedules, preparation of technical specifications and design assignments for transfer to the purchasing department for the purpose of tendering and contracting with contractors, monitoring the work of contractors, acceptance of work by contractors and delivery of internal services organizations and government regulatory bodies). Monitoring compliance by contractors works with safety regulations, employee briefings for contractors. Verification of completion, design and acceptance documentation for compliance with the Russian legislation. Participation in audits results of completed projects with the requirements of operating services, departments of quality and safety.   Achievements: Construction and commissioning of the new production building. Construction "from scratch." All stages of construction. All types of work. Obtaining approval for commissioning of capital construction object. Arrangement of the external power supply of 10 kV and internal 0.4 kV distribution network. Obtaining of admission of an electric operation. Obtaining of admission to operation of heating networks. Installation of ventilation and heating systems, installation of the fire protection system, installation of automation and scheduling, installation of process equipment. Installation of production lines, automation and dispatching systems. Modernization of production equipment.

Ensuring uninterrupted power supply to metro consumers, performing operational switchings in the power supply system of metro lines. 5th electrical safety group. Coordination of carried out works after receiving requests from substation operating personnel, issuing permits for operational switching and preparation of workplaces for maintenance of the electrical equipment. Issuing of permits for electrical teams to perform works. Chronicling of emergency events, participation in the elimination of emergency events.

Constructing buildings and structures. General construction works (concrete works, steel structure installation, facade and roof works). Installation of MEP systems (water, sewer, electrical, ventilation and air-conditioning systems).

Managing of the team (10 electricians), which maintain a group of transformer substations TS (five stations of the metro). 5th electrical safety group
