While working in EPAM, I've participated in two projects. First project: I've implemented an IaC approach using AWS Cloud Formation for deploying an infrastructure for a BigData stack with a possibility to run different kind of stages. I've also implemented routine tasks automation via ansible. And helped the dev team to tune postgresql and airflow. Seond project: I've helped to maintain and develop CI/CD processes for creating AWS infrastructure stands, building and deploying an ML solution via Jenkins, terraform and kubernetes. I've also implemented and adapted JupyterHub tool to the current product. Finally by the customer's decision it was decided to migrate the solution to terraform cloud and gitlab CI, so I've adjusted all the old terraform stuff to TerraformEnterprise and moved Jenkins pipelines to gitlab. Maintained and improved our internal solution that allows to run dynamic stagings using arbitrary frontend/backend branches. Moved build/deploy pipelines from TeamCity to Gitlab CI. Created new and improved existing CI/CD processes. Moved internal tools from VMs to kubernetes using helm templating. Conducted and optimisation of the resources consumption in GCP. Supported and improved different internal stagings and monitoring system based on prometheus. Discovered and implemented some handy tools(e.g. sourcegraph, minio, awx). Developed automation and processes to enable teams to develop, deploy, manage, and configure CI/CD. Actively participated in high-level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations. Solving any complicated issues that weren't solved on the previous tier, communication with the development and quality assurance departments, customer care for the biggest and most valuable clients.

Supported internal and clients' infrastructure based on servers running Windows and Linux. Maintained VCS systems (git, SVN, CVS), Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). Automated administrative tasks on bash and powershell. Had some experience in microservices' deployment using docker, ansible and jenkins.

Supported and developed company's server and network infrastructure. Maintained technical documentation. Managed purchasing and accounting.

1st year: first line helpdesk support for developers’ teams. Nearly 150 users. Solving users’ issues from ticket system, e-mail, telephone, etc. 2nd year: support and improvement of our IT-infrastructure for the software development. It consisted of standard services (DNS, mail, etc.) and special services for developers (Git, Jenkins, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Crucible)). Services’ support included timely updating, expanding functionality by installing plugins and backup. All services that can run on a free software (Linux) were transferred to it, thereby reducing the cost of licensing. We had nearly 20 virtual servers.

I used to work as a visiting master servicing individuals and companies in installing and configuring operating systems, network equipment, computer hardware and peripherals. Conducted individual trainings, transferred my knowledge and skills to new employees.
