Supply chain & Sales Support supervisor

Supporting optimal Finished Goods availability for Russia&Belarus Market (Agriculture and Construction equipment divisions) via continuous controlling how successfully Market demand is covered by production and maintaining effective, profitable, flexible and well-coordinated process related to sales & production planning, finished foods replenishment and respective documentation flow, supporting sales activities; working closely with Production, Marketing, Transport Logistics and Sales departments. - Taking active part in supply chain planning process - Participation in S&OP and demand planning processes including business input and new product launches, providing support to the decisions leading to forecast accuracy for short, mid and long terms - Participation in reviewing monthly demand data and preparation of production plan to support factory planning & scheduling - Monitoring and controlling company and dealers inventory, supply planning and purchasing from suppliers overseas Supervision of all daily activities: (1 person in subordinate) Order management: Coordination of the collection of contracts from the Dealers via the Commercial Team (receiving contracts and validation of them with the Commercial Team, if they have approved the term of conditions, control final price approval to ensure it is within the policy approved by the company, order entry, dealers support, orders submission into the respective systems, monitoring of status of a placed order, pushing production if required Transport management: Work with the dealers and PADs regarding putting machines at dealer's disposal for EXW orders Invoicing management: Instructions preparation for units transportation (call-off) according to the division specific operating conditions, supporting all the data to SAP and approve local Suppliers and Dealers invoices into SAP Sales forecast: Ensuring that forecast is properly loaded to the system in accordance with the timing required by demand planning and Cross checking and ensuring sales forecast is aligned with the existing order portfolio Stock management: Controling over aged units, inventory split by status/location, analyzing inventory in the light of ability to cover future sales plans, data management consistency in the respective systems Reporting: inventory and performance status

1. Vendors related activities (warehousing, transport, destruction service, 3rd party service providers, insurance etc.) - Keep and update distribution Vendors & Forwarders database - Follow-up with performance of logistics service providers - Place requests & orders for logistics related services - Issue Insurance Certificates - Check Vendors bills & proceed with payment - Determine best transportation options for CIS customers with regard to order value & volume - Trace and coordinate shipments 2. International trade related activities - Proceed with new contracts for CIS customers and follow-up existing ones - Control the availability of necessary import permissions of CIS customers - Maintain & follow-up CIS customers contracts database - Check & ensure availability of all documents needed for shipment - Check and approve shipping documents (CMR, Invoices, Packing lists, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin etc), correct documents if necessary - Obtain / issue & provide required documents - Maintain & follow-up shipping documents database . 3. Customers service related activities - Receive customers requests and insure the availability of products on stock accordingly - Convert CIS customers requests into formal order in systems. - Negotiate delivery conditions with customers - Issue pick and pack orders for warehouse for further distribution to CIS customers - Create requests for Invoices & Credit Notes issuing - Provide customers with additional documents up to their request (Letters, copies of Insurance policy etc) - Proceed with customer claims - Maintain and follow-up related reporting

• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance • Responsible for order placement • Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time • Helping to source alternative items and suppliers in order to satisfy customer’s demand. • Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers • Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of sales • Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received. • Working closely with service shops to control spare parts orders, spare parts invoicing, balance, and shipments. • Has launched the export project of spare parts deliveries to CIS countries (Belorussia, Kazakhstan etc) • Performance reports.
