Scientific Regulatory Affairs manager

- monitors the external regulatory and scientific environment (within SA scope) for emerging legislation, strategic developments and trends and other issues potentially impacting the business; - builds effective external networks for information gathering and influencing (using various open sources as necessary); - analyzes and evaluates issues within SA scope and subsequently advocates for the business interests if required (leveraging trade associations, industry coalitions and other means as necessary); - ensures relevant legislation changes are communicated to partner functions and stakeholders, provides corresponding explanations and guidance - supports the settlement of disputable situations with Customers and Authorities in favor of the business; - supports partner functions and stakeholders with expertise and advice on acting legislation, corporate policies and other topics within SA scope as necessary;

- support of the company's business processes in terms of assessment and analysis of regulatory risks in the following categories: baby food (non-dairy); juice products; mineral, table and drinking bottled water; - management of the processes which provide the company's products with permits (certificate of registration, declaration of conformation, etc); - advising partners and suppliers on national legislation and legislation of the Customs Union; - development of technical specifications for the company's products (preparation, review, approval); - interaction with the authorized state bodies on the questions of certification, standardization and regulatory support; - leading new product development projects together with marketing, R&D and nutrition teams; - participation in the work of external expert and working groups, associations and other organizations to develop a common position so it could be taken into account by the developers of draft legislative acts, technical regulations, standards; - leading product labeling compliance processes so they could fit the vehicle requirements; - development and coordination of procedures and policies of the company from the regulatory point of view (brands and advertising statements, naturalness policy, a unified approach to the harmonization of product labeling); - work with claims and requests from consumers and networks; - resolving disputes, providing answers and clarifications on regulatory issues; - conducting regular seminars and trainings for the company's employees on technical regulation/procedures of the company; - study of European and international food legislation, comparative analysis to Russian requirements. Critical experience: - launch of innovative products; - work in stressful multitasking situations, - simultaneous work on different product categories.

- organization of contracts with certification bodies in the regions; - initiation and approval of profile budgets (for research in regions with additional certification, payment for services for certification and laboratory research, mandatory certification and testing (examination) of products, according to the program of production control); - approval of labeling products to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation; - interaction with regional offices, control of certification processes in offices with regional certification; - control of contracts with priority laboratories and search for contractors when opening new offices; - organization of the certification and inspection process under the contract; - control and analysis of the origin of defective products in the regions of the Russian Federation; - development of methods to eliminate the causes of marriage; - solution of non-standard situations regarding product quality; - receiving explanatory letters, certificates of conformity, Declaration, test reports, SEC; - support of document flow (reflection of acts in 1C by specialists of OKK RP, provision of closing documents to the accounting Department for laboratory research and regional certification, provision of payment orders, preparation of the register of payments, etc.); - participation in projects to create a new brand (registration of recipes, TK labels, etc.)); - pre-contract analysis of documentation and third-party products.
