Engineering and project management

- Leading projects for the modernization of processes and equipment (introduction of new models, optimization of production areas) - Organization of interaction with other production units (production, quality department, logistics); - Report current projects, progress and issues to high management; prepare presentations and reports as required. - Strategy planning of the work of the Engineering Department (Paint Shop area) - Drive development and continuous improvement of equipment, paint process and standards within the Paint shop. - Perform root cause analysis on equipment bad actors and major unplanned downtime. - Work in a team of engineers and technicians as an in-house integration team that scopes and executes projects from concept through to start-up and commissioning. - Coordinate actively paint suppliers, using their expertise to improve and manage process quality - Monitor, evaluate, and maintain proper operations of the Pretreatment and Electro deposition. (E-coat/Electro Deposition System). - Drive system improvements and methodology to increase productivity. - Lead problem solving activities in the production environment to ensure quality products including development of short and long term countermeasures using trend data and available indicators. - Planning and budget control of subdivision (CAPEX\OPEX) - Preparing production, control for change of materials, parts, instruments, registration of all necessary technical documentation - Development of plans to change and implement new production processes - Participation in the development and implementation of standards and calculation of the number of personnel for operational production planning - Preparation of plans to adapt processes, tools, equipment and tooling to the production phases to modify vehicle components - Analysis of the causes of defects during production and development of measures to eliminate it - Development of technical control methods and testing of equipment, which put into operation - Start of production new colours of bodies for different models

- Knowledge in organic and mineral chemistry - Carrying out audits of paint shop production (ED and painted bodies) - Carrying out audits of paint shop manufacturing processes - Knowledge of normative documents and standards, using in automotive industry - Deep knowledge and understanding technology of PT/ED line processes - Good understanding paint shop production processes - Quality control of paint film, knowing main quality indexes of paint film - Notion main test methods of paint film - Development working standards and instructions for production line operators - Incoming inspection of dry materials, used for production in paintshop and welding shop - Development methods of quality improvement for manufacturing range - Investigation reasons of defects, emerge in paint shop in the process of manufacturing, and introduction countermeasures for their removal - Work experience in production laboratory - Know how to introduce engineering modifications - Background of start up new production models - Support and improvement 5S system - Close collaboration with delegates of suppliers companies(automotive components, paint materials, sealers) - Knowing main tools of quality management Key results and achievements: • Participation in the launch of a new car model. • Elimination of critical defects when applying cataphoresis coating on a new car model. • Increase in the rate of defect-free products from 90% to 92% (2017 compared to 2016). • Stable achievement of KPIs.
