Coordination of the construction process in accordance with the requirements of the contract and design documentation within the construction budget (Electrodepot of the Moscow underground). Participation in the conclusion of contracts with Customer and subcontractors. The control and technical supervision over construction of the facility (volumes, quality, cost and turnaround time, materials and equipment). Transfer of the attracted subcontractors equipment, materials and products, the delivery of which is made by the Customer. The solution with the Customer, sub-branches and foreign sub-contractors in all matters connected with the construction site.

Project management and technical supervision on construction sites of Zelenograd road network (supervision over the 10 projects, curation over the 20 projects), interaction with local executive authorities, city utilities owners, design institutes.
