Responsibilities: - Cooperation with Russian and foreign suppliers (import from Europe, China) of household pump and heating equipment. Formation and placement of orders, maintenance of warehouse stock, processing requests and reclamations; - Participation in price politics formation, maintenance of product databases; - Cooperation with other departments of the company (logistics department, commercial department); - Cooperation with suppliers: organization and participation in negotiations, business trips; - Work in 1c system; - Budget analytics, organization of monthly budget actualization meetings, maintaining of budget company file. Achievements: - Organization of stable cooperation with major international manufacturers of heating and pump equipment (Wilo, Kospel, SIME, Honeywell etc.); - Successful negotiations with suppliers from China on claims (receiving compensation for poor quality, shortages in deliveries); - Organization of trip of the company management business trip to China in the fall of 2017 to visit the suppliers' factories. In result bonus was achieved for good organization (meeting of the delegation, transfer between plants and places of residence); - Team work (helping colleagues, maintaining cooperation with other suppliers). Received bonus in the fall of 2017 for high workload; - Organized the business trip of company delegation to China in order to select a new supplier of electrical household equipment. Took part in the trip as a representative of the purchasing department and translator. As a result, several suppliers were chosen, and cooperation with them was established. The first deliveries from new suppliers were organized in 2018; - Promoted to head of purchasing department in February 2019; - Became company budget analyst in October 2020; - Implemented complex price analytics file for better management of work with the big supplier of PURMO radiators.

Production: insulation materials for pipes, coating materials, supporting structures, etc. Responsibilities: - Cooperation with suppliers and buyers (subsidiaries of Gazprom group of companies, general contractor and subcontractors operating on Gazprom objects). - Cooperation with foreign suppliers via phone and e-mail. Cooperation with following foreign companies: - Canusa-CPS, www.canusacps.com, Great Britain, a supplier of isolation materials (heat shrink sleeves for pipes). - Siirtec NIGI S.P.A, Italy, www.sini.it, accessories for pipelines. - Numerous domestic suppliers of isolation materials. - Supply of Gazprom objects - maintenance contracts from the application stage to delivery and payment. - Participation in negotiations with suppliers (including foreign suppliers – as a representative and interpreter). - Searching for suppliers, participation in conclusion of contracts. - Participation in tenders, collection and verification of tender documents. - Collection and verification of shipping documents (Bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, etc.). - Cooperation with business units, such as logistics department, accounting department, department for working with design institutes, department for claims activities, etc. - Preparation of reports. - Maintenance and control of payments to suppliers. Responsibilities: - Coordination with the China office, suppliers, factories and partners (correspondence in chinese by e-mail). - Preparation of customs documents in Chinese. - Translation of technical documentation from/to Russian to/from English and Chinese. - Information search. - Maintaining databases on customers and cargo.
