Financial Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Analyst

- Regular preparation of management reports on the actual expenses of the Bank's regional network (factor analysis, recommendations/measures to retain and reduce expenses); - Participation in the Budget campaign and adjustment of The business plan of The Bank's regional network (formation and coordination of the Budget with Performers, Global Business Lines and Global Functional Lines) - Development of methodology and participation in the calculation of allocation of expenses of the Bank's regional network

- Regular preparation of management reports on actual expenses of the Bank and the Group; - Active participation in the Budget Campaign and the adjustment of the Business Plan (preparation and approval of the Business Plan for expenses with functional and business blocks); - Leading participant in the project initiatives of the Unit (main projects: «Implementation of management reporting in the Bank»; «Implementation of Accrual processing in project activities»; «Automation of accounting of resource drivers in the Management reporting»); - Development of a methodology the allocation of Bank expenses (the construction of a management reporting function for expenses regarding allocation of OPEX to business units, territorial banks, segments, products, channels, ect);

- Financial planning and analysis of expenses of the Unit (participation in the formation of P&L, plan-fact analysis of financial indicators and expenses in the main areas of the Unit); - Monitoring the correctness of invoices for payment, the formation of a register of payments and applications for financing of the Unit’s operational activities, work with receivables, work with the Unit’s contracts; - Regular preparation of management reporting for the Unit's expenses (Accrual processing);

- Regular preparation of management reports on the actual expenses of the units of the Company; - Daily formation of the register of payments and applications for financing (planning and control of the Company's expenses by units); - Methodological support in the formation of regulatory finance documents of the Company (internal regulatory documents, orders); - Work with contracts (coordination, fulfillment of financial obligations, closing, archiving), - Work with accounts receivable (acts of reconciliation);

- Active participation in the formation and monitoring of the Company budget (preparation and approval of Budget with the units of the Company); - Regular preparation of management reports on the actual expenses of the Company (plan-fact analysis); - Monitoring of the correctness of invoices for payment, conducting operations with Company account in «Bank-Client software», the formation of a register of payments and applications for financing, reconciliation of debts with suppliers; - Work with contracts (signing, approval, payment, extension, closed, archiving);
