IT Administrator: Performing on-site and remote technical support to the users within the office Hauni St. Petersburg and Moscow including desktop PC’s, laptops, servers, network equipment, and software applications, as well as phone station, preparation inquires for purchasing new IT equipment, installing and testing new IT equipment Sales Assistant: Key Duties: generating quotations in SAP and other monitoring lead times, transfer completely clarified, configured quotations including layouts and contracts to Order Processing, offer to the customers alternative solution re. time and technical design, Coordinate the work with technical project leaders, update SAP System to reflect all order potential and quote information including scheduling, order income date and delivery date. Update of CRM (Customer Contact partner, factory data, IBase, Trip Reports, monthly marketing report)

Service Desk (ICTS & Continental), 1th and 2Level Support, Incident- and Problem management, работа с ticket tracking systems, мониторинг IT- инфраструктуры (сервера Unix, Windows; контроль приложений, процессов, заданий), bug analysis and resolving, поиск workaround, настройка сети, VPN, TCP/IP, RDP support, администрирование Windows
