The realized projects in the company: Residential complex "YES" with underground parking; (total area - 93478, 45 m2 /1062 apartments); Apart – hotel "YES" with a fitness center; Apart-hotel "YES” with underground parking; (total area - 51133,7 m2 / 975 apartments with finishing and furniture); Residential complex "LIFE-seaside" with underground parking, Primorsky pr. 52; (total area - 87467, 5 m2 / 847 apartments); Residential complex "LIFE-seaside-2" with underground parking (total area - 30817,1 m2 / 297 apartments);
