Supporting users by e-mail, phone, social network and other sources; Educating customers from basics to the full functionality to benefit from SEMrush services; Conducting demos; Providing internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.

Support incoming students by: - organising welcome meetings and programme presentations, excursions; - meeting with individual students to discuss information on available courses and to negotiate students’ participation with course convenors; - assisting with students’ personal, educational and social needs Support visiting staff on study visits from partner universities by: - organising welcome meetings and functions; - organising a programme of meetings with relevant University staff; - attending to official documentation before, during and after the visit; - organising school visits if appropriate. Other responsibilities: - administrating the creation and publishing of relevant, original content on the university's web and special web and social media for incoming students; - promotion of the department's volunteer programme; - planning and coordinating department's events from start to finish; - development of department's merchandise.

- participation in shop refits depending on projects; - analisys of stores configurations and proposing creative retail solutions to improve sell.
