Senior accountant

* Responsible for day to day finance and accounting operations; * Manage and oversee the entire outsourced accounting team PWC, ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled; * Monitoring of expenses; * Participate in the material inventory process; * Assist in analyzing financial activities in preparation of financial statements and reports, during Budget and Last Estimate processes; * Provide general assistance to Finance Director, regular reporting & participation in finance meetings; * Participation in tax returns preparation (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.; * Preparation of reconciliation tables and control files for internal audit.

* Control of all cash and credit operations in retail shops, prepare reconciliations of all cash accounts (1C and SAP); * Check Supplier documents before payment (in accordance with contract terms, legislation and company policies), perform reconciliation Accounts Payable and Prepaid accounts with local and foreign suppliers on a monthly basis; * Checking for correctness all VAT-invoices and the formation of book of purchases; * Take part in closing of monthly accounting books; * Monthly management reports at the request of the head office from Italy; * Interaction with auditors (internal and external), tax authorities, and non-budgetary funds.

* Full responsibility for rent, entertainment and other expenses of more than 300 shops; * Posting of invoices of suppliers in 1C; * Control of fulfillment of Russian tax requirements on expense area (VAT, income tax deductibility, etc.); * Reconciliation of the balance of the accounts 44, 90, 91; * Keeping daily and weekly cash flow registers. Collecting information on incoming balances, payments, checking data with bank statements and 1C, reconciliation Accounts Payable and Prepaid accounts on a monthly basis; * Participation in the preparation of monthly corporate reporting.

* Making the day-to-day operations in accounting, collecting accounting documents; * Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and monitoring; * Control of cash accounting, working in bank-client; * Management of inventory and movement of goods; * Expense reports verification; * Preparation of accounting and tax reports (ordinary taxation system); * Calculation of payroll, personal income tax, social contributions.
