QA Engineer

Key skills • Communications proficiency: more than 2 years’ of experience in a call-center environment, with average number of calls per day (at a 12 hour shift) being around 80 aimed at active interaction with customers, with specifics of problems ranging from sales to customer support at IT and telecommunications segments (B2C, B2B). As a bonus, more than a year of experience in direct sales at a bookstore. • Technical skills: advanced computer skills combined with slight understanding of object-oriented programming in particular (C++, ANSI C) and programming as a whole, together with above average knowledge of both modern and outdated cable networks (PON, DOCSIS, ADSL).
