Key skills
• Communications proficiency: more than 2 years’ of experience in a call-center environment, with average number of calls per day (at a 12 hour shift) being around 80 aimed at active interaction with customers, with specifics of problems ranging from sales to customer support at IT and telecommunications segments (B2C, B2B). As a bonus, more than a year of experience in direct sales at a bookstore.
• Technical skills: advanced computer skills combined with slight understanding of object-oriented programming in particular (C++, ANSI C) and programming as a whole, together with above average knowledge of both modern and outdated cable networks (PON, DOCSIS, ADSL).

Personal qualities
• Broad-minded: a lot of spare time at jobs in Russian network segment such as IT general helpdesk creates a lot of possibilities for self-education that were used exactly for that.
• Determined: being given a task, I usually finish one regardless of regardless of my personal preferences.
• Initiative: having no task, I try to find one for myself, and although generally prefer to work with a plan in mind, nothing prevents a plan to be changed, especially towards more positive and productive consequences.
• Versatile: capable of switching from one different task to another, which sometimes leads to productive multitasking.
• Analyst: able to find and comprehend complex and/or vital information in terms smaller than ususally expected; generally capable of performing analytical tasks and providing result data,

Special skills
• Native Russian: being native Russian, I have almost perfect written and spoken skills in Russian, regardless of is that a common talk or technical/specialized literature/talk.
• Fluent English: studying and using English language from the earliest days I remember myself (approx.. 4 to 5 years old).
• Hobbies: tabletop RPGs such as D$D 5e and GURPS 4e, both as a player and a DM.
