1. Introduction of a full range of issues related to the development of project and working documentation, its support by contractors, construction and installation work, as well as support during the implementation of the project (Barkli Gallery); 2. Detailed technical analysis of the initial permits; 3. Development of technical specifications for design, engineering surveys, conducting expert and survey work; 4. Fulfillment of requests for technical support; 5. Verification, analysis of project documentation for compliance with current regulatory and technical documents, regulations, summary of rules, standards, technical specifications; 6. Control and support of the development of design and working documentation; 7. Implementation of architectural supervision of the construction of the projected facility, monitoring the compliance of the quality of work, materials and equipment with the requirements of the approved project, standards and technical conditions; 8. Preparation of official letters on design issues and construction and installation work. Drawing up reports on the current progress of design and construction works; 9. Work with design, contracting organizations, with examination bodies; 10. Monitoring the process of obtaining initial permits and technical specifications for connecting to engineering systems. If necessary, correction and optimization of technical solutions; 11. Organization of the process of verification and preparation of conclusions on the quality of design estimates for internal engineering systems and external networks; 12. The development of technical solutions and analysis of the selection of equipment during the design and construction of the company's project for engineering systems; 13. Monitoring compliance of the developed design estimates with regulatory requirements and design assignment; 14. Organization of processes for the preparation and conclusion of agreements with contractors in terms of engineering support for the Project; 15. Development and updating of schedules for connecting the Project to internal and external engineering systems; 16. Implementation of control over construction and installation works in the part of internal engineering systems.

Ensuring effective interaction of structural units at the facility; 12. Control over timely and quality works execution within the contract; 13. Coordination of activities, monitoring the implementation of construction plans, the scope of work compliance, supervising the timing and quality of construction and installation works compliance; 14. Optimising and organising measures to reduce construction timeframes; 15. Preparation of reports on current activities and work conducted at the facilities; 16. Organising delivery and acceptance activities; 17. Control of starting-up and adjustment works and organization of preparation for commissioning of the facility.
