Finance Manager

Maintenance of all areas of accounting. -Control and comply with Group standarts and policies, prepare and timely submit Group reporting -Perform monthly, annual closing procedures in according with Group policies and Russian legislation -Deliver company budgets and forecasts -Prepare and timely financial reporting -Support strategic financial modelling, prepare materials for investor relations and other corporate finance related tasks -Manage cash flow of the company in accordance with Group guidelines -Support audit process (internal and external) -Work on presentation materials required for various projects Achievements Routine activities: -Period closing procedures optimization- working files and schedule optimization; -Strong cooperation with other companies of Group companies; -Making and creation financial and management reporting

-Processing documents of supplies of goods, food and transport companies -Assuming good cooperation with purchasing organisation, IFRS department, Customs and Finance departments -Handle and check deliveries (pricing and quality) from suppliers of good, food and transport services -Control for correctness of documents -Secure payment terms for invoices -Preparation report for monthly closing -Handling of document from import supplies according to currently control legislation Achievements Projects: -Transition from SAP to 1C

-Monthly closing activities, reporting and consolidation (RAS and IFRS) -Monthly performance reports preparation (the Monthly Reporting Packs for Board of Directors (Cyprus) of CIS (Kazakhstan, Belorussia, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan) and Israel: BS, P&L, CFS -Budgeting, planning and forecasting: preparing, budgetary control, fluctuations identifying and analyzing, variance analysis for all departments -Management reporting and analysis on product profitability, comparing to plan, previous years, analyzing trends and causes of change, analysis of Company finance performance -Price analysis and evaluation: price change proposals basing on the market conditions, and in comparison with competitors’ pricing policies and Best-in-Class markets, and stock level -Develop analyses of variances plans, suggest adequate corrective actions, review of costs and claims related to sales and marketing activities -Project management and performance (fixed cost optimization, optimum A&P investment level, etc.) and evaluation (ROI, ROCE, etc.) -Liaise with internal and external auditors -Internal procedures and policies optimization -Daily management of chief accounting team (7 members), providing consistent coaching and review of the work -Statutory accounting, labor legislation, law of taxation for countries of CIS -Fully support the management team in implementing the business strategy Achievements Routine activities: -Period closing procedures optimization – working files and schedule optimization; -Strong cooperation with other departments: ad-hoc development analytical tools, gaps identifying, and potential solution providing. -Close cooperation with other departments: Sales (sales mix optimization, POS investment evaluation, etc.), Marketing (new launches and initiatives evaluation: cost, benefit an-other finance support to Marketing team), Supply Chain, HR -Drafting the manual instruction of the implemented new process in SAP -Setting objectives and specifications for implementation to the SAP in compliance with RAS and IFRS standards -Controlling of the customer's credit limit and reducing overdue -Counting for the accruals and rebates in accordance with the company policy and additional agreements -Preparation the monthly/quarterly/annual closing of bookkeeping accounts -Communication with the outsourcing company payroll -Preparation cash flow report on a monthly basis -Tracking of variances between the results of SAP and local accounting periods -Calculation and declaration of taxes (property tax, profit tax, VAT, statistic reports) -Ensurring accurate recognition of revenues and expenses -Currency control Achievements Routine activities: -Period closing procedures optimization – working files and schedule optimization; -Strong cooperation with other departments: ad-hoc development analytical tools, gaps identifying, and potential solution providing.
