HSE Manager

Responsible for H&S and security issues : environmental, health and safety programs and policies, risk assessment, reviewing and updating procedures and policies in compliance with Russian legislation, investigations, organize and providing training for staff and management, liaison with relevant law enforcement agencies

- Provide leadership support for business development and identifying best practices for all facilities; - Leadership for Contractor H&S, Civil Defense & Emergency Situations, Fire Safety and Security Management Process; - Design, development and implementation of corporate H&S, Fire safety and security standards and procedures; - Manage documentation related to EHS initiatives; - Conduct in incident/accident investigations; - H&S, Fire, Civil Defense & Emergency Situations Training for all staff and management team by webinars, training sessions and H&S events; - Crisis and Risk Management - act as a member of Russia Incident Management team (LIMT); - Development annual HSE, Fire and Civil Defense & Emergency Situations and BCP plans; - Participate in the tenders and contractor’s selection process; - Liaison with relevant law enforcement and governmental agencies.

Responsible for H&S and security issues : risk assessment, reviewing and updating procedures and policies in compliance with Russian legislation, investigations, Emergency Response Team training, liaison with relevant law enforcement agencies and the provision of the HSE advices to management, assist with installation of the technical security systems(CCTV, access), protection of the commercial secrets, personnel data and reputation.

Support of the business on the sites, ensure that company’s international policies and guidelines are followed within the H&S and security local laws; conduct onsite EHS audits and inspections and and provide recommendations to improve audit performance; Organization and implementation of special assessment of working conditions. Crisis Management (MEGA/IKEA staff training); undertake annually H&S and Security Audits in accordance with company’s targets; Fire Safety control on the site; initiate and provide Contractor’s Tenders; responsible for Travel Security and Event H&S programs, provide H&S investigations; contact with Law enforcement bodies and authorities.
