- Support of commercial teams and management in Key Account division. Customers: (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, Auchan, Magnit, OBI etc) - Check of calls structure and routing of Key Accounts commercial execution teams (commercial representatives, supervisors) - Key Accounts technical documentation processing (listings, rotations, promo, specifications, price lists) - Analysis of customer reports (shipments, delivery, product matrix status) - Communication with Key Accounts regarding new listings, orders, promotions, merchandising equipment placement - Field visits for audit of KPIs reported by sales teams (on shelf availability, recommended pricing, facing share, trade marketing activities execution etc.)
