• Developing and maintaining forecast for the category (including new products) based on quality and quanty and making historical documentation for produced forecast; • Reviewing, analyzing and pointing out differences in forecast when required; ensuring latest trends are included in the whole horizon of forecast for a category; • Challenging marketing category plans and advising best solutions aiming at reaching specific targets; • Providing input by active participation in marketing planning process, brainstorms and category performance evaluations; indicating plan’s weaknesses, proposing complex solutions with financial evaluation; • Active cooperation with marketing managers, factories and sales team; ensuring correct category demand is available in the system; communicating category forecast to all involved parties and ensuring proper communication on forecast and trends to all involved parties; • Ensuring monthly sales plan meets agreed level; analyzing product potential and events that impact demand; • Making monthly, daily sales allocation; releasing sales allocation hold in the system; making transferring orders; issuing purchasing orders; • Gathering and analyzing client's purchasing, sell out and inventory data; • Monitoring long-term stock; • Preparing and holding sales and operation meeting; reporting; KPI tracking; • Improving forecasting and analysis techniques (reviewing root cause, taking corrective actions and sharing leaning);

Chech-in and check-out, passport regisrtation, making bills, cash register experience, information service providing, reservatoin, specialized hotel software (Fidelio, Amadeys Hogatex).

Experience in hotel business, Managing of the Lost and Found department, standarts on phone calls, secretary experience, reservation, specialized hotel software (Fidelio).
