- International supply chain management for Russian region and EACU from ground up in startup (importing, demand planning, supply planning, logistics, distribution) - Matrix environment - reporting to Head of Logistics in Zott Concern (Germany) & Head of Sales Export Europe (Poland) - People management, recruiting development and mentoring - Supply chain strategy follow up based on the regular reporting - Current supply chain status analysis and data mining/cleaning - Demand review process with sales department - Logistics cost planning - SAP implementation stakeholder & key-user (FI, PS, MM, SD, CO, QM) - EDI key-user - Involvement in TOP-5 RKAs partnership start - Precise key stakeholders needs managment - Supply chain Operations design - Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) - Customer contracts monitoring and analysis - Organization of products certification for russian market - Develop collaboration and relationships with the customers - Customer care policy and priorities - Audit support in regards of Supply Chain questions
