Control room operator, Maintenance manager, Production supervisor

• Handle Grassroots start-up of 50 000 bbl/day, pre-commissioning and commissioning of crude oil desalters. • Monitor systems namely HP/LP Separators, Indirect Glycol Bath Heaters, Dehydration & Desalting System, Fuel Gas System, Produced Water Treatment System, and Chemical Injection System. • Assists the Safety Committee in performing area semi-annual inspection for environmental hazards and unsafe practices. • Demonstrated skills in procedure writing for function testing, fluid testing, commissioning, start-up/shutdown and emergency procedures. • Ensured compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Gained exposure to the concept of the toolbox talk before starting work, the flange management system, and most of the P&IDs from brownfield (using Nanocad software). • Drove compliance, work preparations, and generated purchasing orders. • Developed maintenance & operational procedures to increase the efficiency, implemented process standards and ensured adherence to preferred standards. • Proactively ensured safe work performance at the H2S facility (hot work, breaking containment work, confined space work, work at height, crane operations, etc). As a Process technologist • Participated in the plant commissioning activities for the production of propane-butane (LPG). • Steered efforts in the purification of natural gas from hydrogen sulfide using modern technology

• Guided and mentored the local trainees. • Maintained key adjustable operating parameters in the oil process and ensured optimization at the request of the CRO. • Expected emergency response duties and performed pigging activities as per the schedule. • Deployed various methodologies to analyze processes, recommended modifications to minimize escalations & rejection, realized operational efficiencies and controlled costs & cycle-time. • Played a key role in commissioning and start-up of the Gas Treatment Facility. • Awarded as the SAP System Superuser, who successfully resolved the surge issue during the brainstorm.

• Kept a track of technological parameters as per the operation envelope, emergency response (activation of an emergency alarm for personnel collection, notification of personnel, activation of a fire extinguishing system, etc.) • The platform was equipped with an oil treatment unit and its transportation through an underwater pipeline, a complex gas treatment unit (drying, compression and transportation via an underwater gas pipeline), a seawater preparation unit for pumping it into the reservoir to maintain reservoir pressure. • Assisted with the operating of Gas plant and pipeline equipment including but not limited to treating plants, reciprocating natural gas compressors, dehydrators, fluid separation equipment, valves, gas measurement equipment, etc.

Control over service of wells, control parameters work of oil wells. The direct management and control over carrying out of dangerous works on the collar working oil wells, and also on the pipelines. Production monitoring of the artificial lift wells (sucker rod pumps and electrical submersible pumps) and solving production problems from the aspect of paraffin and scale deposition. Monitoring and dynamograph/level measurement by SIAM equipment
