Project: Construction of new plant of Chevron. Achievements: 700.000 m hours worked, reduce TRIF from 0,5% to 0,2% on project, LTI 0, MTC 0, increase the quality of investigation reports up to 70%, increase the familiarity of HSE policy, procedures, regulations, decrease the number of HSEQ specialist from 15 to 10, developed and increase the control of contractors process. Promoted cultural and behavioral program on project. Responsibilities: • As a HSEQ Advisor and my area of responsibility is to guide, help and support for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality of organization and HSEQ team of 10 specialists. • Establish HSEQ goals, objectives together with company project HSEQ and management. • Provide guidance and assistance to all level of management on HSEQ/Operational issues for following ways of resolutions. • Implementation of leading indicator systems such as (JSA, method statements, RA, incident investigation process, behavior based safety observation system, MOC, HAZOP, HAZID). • Monitor and actively participate in the management of injury claims a result of a positive reduction on the TRIFR. • Facilitate incident investigations and provide reliable solutions. • Update all HSE documentation and write new safety program designed to site-specific operations. • Set up objectives for HSEQ Team assigned to the project, leading the team of professionals. • Lead investigator, making root cause analysis, implementation of SMART actions, follow up the corrective actions. • Develop and set up ERP, HSE, Traffic Safety, Risk Management plans. • Participated on weekly meetings with the contractors, bi-weekly walk around on construction sites, plant, oil rigs with company contractors. The main idea is lesson learn in order to be sure that management teams are committed for health and safety.

Project: FGP (Future Growth Project) in Tengiz oilfield Kazakhstan, ERSAI project part included assembling steel structures on foundations (erection, welding, fabrication, coating, piping, pressure testing), www.ersai.kz. Achievements: Mobilizated company to the project, selected contractors and developed the process of contractors control, developed HSE, ER, Traffic management plans, developed HSE procedures specific for project, agreed bridging document between Tengizchevroil and Ersai, recruitment process of HSE team, developed budget for HSE for whole project, etc. Responsibilities: • As a Project HSE Manager, I am responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental on project and 15 HSE professionals. • Established HSE department goals, objectives, and actively participated as necessary, to support subordinate personnel in achievement of established goals and objectives. • Provided guidance and assistance to subordinate managers on HSE / Operational issues for resolution. • Implemented Leading Indicator Systems such as (Job Safety Analysis and Behavior Based Safety Observations). • Monitored and actively participated in the management of injury claims with a result of a positive reduction on the TRIFR. Russia Federation – West Siberia, Nizhnevartovsk. Projects related to oil services activities such as DNM, CTU. Achievements: Decrease the number of TRIF to 2%, developed cultural and behavioral attitude of employees, increase the number of SLB internal audits from 10% to 50%, analyzed KPI’s for each SLB location, developed HSEQ procedures, implemented SIPP training program, control of SLB contractors on construction projects and oil services, control of contractors responsible for transportation of dangerous goods (explosive, radioactive source, chemicals) etc. Responsibilities: • As HSEQ Coordinator, I am responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental in organization and 7 HSEQ professionals. • Implementation and rolled out of HSEQ department goals, objectives, and actively participated as necessary, to support subordinate personnel in achievement of established goals and objectives. • Regular visits to the work sites, meetings with employees, contractors, audits / inspections and scheduling for the implementation of the goals and tasks set by the HSE manager, the Environment. • Cooperated and developed an emergency response plan with customers and other oil service companies at hazardous production facilities. • Participated in meetings between Schlumberger and customers on Kazakhstan projects. • Conducted in-house courses for company employees on health, safety and environmental issues. • Cooperated and constantly worked with the state bodies of Kazakhstan. • Developed and implemented procedures in accordance with the requirements and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russia Federation. • Engaged in accident investigation and analysis according to the methodology 5 WHY.

Republic of Kazakhstan, Atyrau - Kashagan oilfield. Project: mobilization, assembling of oilrigs and offshore drilling activities. Achievements: promoted from HSE officer to HSE Coordinator for attitude and behavior, developed HSE procedures and HSE MS for Saipem, authorized coach for SCBA system and made induction for use of SCBA’s during H2S release, trained to ER Lead, first experience of management HSE professionals, assigned daily targets and objective, extinguished drilling compressor with 2 ER teams by foam while drilling process was in shoe (reservoir). Responsibilities: • As HSE Coordinator, I am responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental on projects and 6 HSEQ professionals • Coordination of activities and management of HSE employees. • Instruction at the workplace before starting work. • Verification of risk assessments and permit to work, instructions before starting work in hazard areas. • Introduction briefing for new staff using breathing equipment • Personnel training (work at heights, PPE, Risk assessment and danger, etc. • Daily walk around of drilling rigs and constant presence during hazardous production operations. • Meeting with contractors and other service companies on Block “D”. • Organization of exercises in a gas-hazardous environment together with a client of the company. • Work with methodical documentation. • Developed procedures, instructions in the field of labor protection and industrial safety at hazardous production facilities. • Took an active part in the incident investigation process. • Took part in meetings, prepared reports for the client on a daily basis.

Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyzyl-Orda - Construction of LPG station for (Petro Kazakhstan) Kumkol oilfield in Kazakhstan, included erection of oil tanks for oil storage.
