Financial controller/ Internal control specialist

- planning and implementation of Client Feedback Programme for priority clients across CIS; - compiling caseload for the upcoming Financial year; - determining frequency of evaluation; - elaborating questionnaire structure; - coordination of the period, format, scope of evaluation with the company's management; - preliminary preparation for an interview with the service team; - planning and organizing meetings with clients; - participation in interviews with client representatives; - analysis and evaluation of interview results; - preparation of a comprehensive report on the results of the assessment (in English); - communication of results to company management; - follow-up on problematic issues; - programme coordination and updating of the evaluation process.

- elaboration of methodology and running of the planning process of the Security Department, understanding the specifics of business processes and regulatory documents; - participation in the elaboration of security planning and control documents (policies and procedures; response plans), monitoring of their implementation; - participation in planning the terms and budget of Security Department projects; - initiation and implementation of procurement procedures in accordance with the internal corporate standards; - preparation of technical assignments for bidders; - market analysis of potential suppliers of a specific service industry; - participation in tenders: from the analysis of the tender documentation to the selection of the winner; - preparation and adjustment of pre-contractual documentation, coordination and execution of contracts; - development of relations with contractors in order to understand their financial and human resources capabilities for operational decision-making, negotiations (13 contractors); - development of solutions for quality control of contractors at all stages of the project; - control of deadlines of the project; - analysis of existing contracts in order to control their implementation, review of conditions, coordination with contractors in regards of changes in the terms of contracts;

- Participation in audit procedures RAS/IFRS of international companies affiliates; - Conducting audit procedures in respect of certain accounting and reporting segments, sections of financial statements; - Audit evidence collection; - Participation in inventory stocktaking, preparation of reports on the results of inspections; - Analysing accounting and financial documentation; - Audit of business-processes in order to analise their effectiveness; - Identification and risk assessment; - Participation in audit of internal controls system and analysis of its effectiveness; - Planning of terms and budget of the project; - Preparation of project documentation in accordance with the internal standards; - Compilation of reports on results of the inspection.
