- management of development distributed systems based on Java Enterprise Edition Platform (head of department of ~20 people);
- development of distributed systems architecure;
- negotiations with customers (with national customers too);
- writing technical specifications;
- planning and control of team work;
- final testing of product (as a member of national comission);
- certification of product (IT security);
- interviewing.
I use management based on agile methodologies (scrum, extreme programming) and national standards. Work of the department include development of architecture, writing of code and documentation, testing and building of product (continious integration).
Worked in cooperation with international companies: ESRI, IBM, Oracle, Red Hat.

I have good knowledge in Java Enterprise Edition Platform (JBoss AS 6,7, Tomcat 7), including EJB, JMS (HornetQ), Servlet, JSP, JSF (PrimeFaces, RichFaces), Portlet (JBoss GateIn), JMX, JNDI, WS, JDBC, JPA (Hibernate), JavaMail --- specification level; Eclipse RCP (OSGi, SWT, JFace, EMF, GEF); Vaadin, GWT libraries; building tools (Maven, Ant, Gradle); testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, HTMLUnit, Mockito); methodologies and modeling (TDD, BDD, UML); XML-based technologies (XML, XSLT, XSD, DOM, SAX), compilation theory (ANTLR), 3D-graphics (OpenGL) and others.
I know different programming languages and paradigms: Assembler (x86), С/C++ (including Qt), Groovy, Scala, Clojure, BASH, JavaScipt, SQL (PostgreSQL, IBM DB2), PL SQL, C#.
In development in team I use: Redmine + Git + Maven (Gradle) + Jenkins + JUnit.
I have good knowledge of Linux architecture. Worked with RHEL, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu and others.
