Senior design-engineer
Task leader for group of engeneers:
Tecnical coordination and support for team;
Monitoring of technical exellence;
Organization of information communication to/ from customers;
Initiated of best practice in engineering team;
Technical coordination among the various project engineering and sub- contractors;
Organization of accumulation technical experience ( rewiew meetings, support of innovations, lessons learned);
Control for terms and delivery.
Carring-out of technical check of design data sets (3d-models and drawings) in accordance of Airbus Design Organisation Signatories (DOS).
Monitoring of budget, cost control/reduction, preparing estimations of the workhours.
Risk delivery management;
Resourse management.
After-sales service of aircraft which includes technical analysis (layout of equipment in the cabine and cocpit of the plane), work with databases (IPC, AMM, VPM and etc), development of technical decisions for airlines, discussion of technical decisions whith foreign customers (correspondence);
Support for serial production for A320 and A330, manufacturing drawings and preparing of technitian documentations by using CATIA V5;
Designing of fuselage airframe structure (frames, fittings, skins panels, floor beams,rails and etc);
Manufacturing of design documentations -2D drawings+3D models and bill of materials (BOM):
Interaction with serial plants;
Installing mechanical systems (aircondition, quipments, water/waste systems (please see portfolio), control systems, emergensy equipments) in a cockpit and passengers cabine, avionic compartments.
Develop of manuals for team members development and new comers.
Participation in programm for International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).
Developed concept of partplug flange and flexible supports for vacuum tank (pleas see portfolio).
Succes leading of innovation activity. Looking for technical solutions for improve of installation and manufacturing of airframe spares, brackets and systems.
