Project Manager

- Management of fit-out works for A and B+ office premises, appartments, dealer showrooms, horeca projects etc. Interacting with authorized representatives of the Client, Landlords, subcontractors and third parties, negotiating with the Client from the moment of signing the contract until the project hand over. Conclusion of contracts with the Client and subcontractors, project management and support in terms of budget deadlines and resources, commissioning of facilities. Corresponding reports to the Client and involved parties. Projects: MasterCard office premises.

- Creation and development of necessary divisions in the Company; - Presentation and promotion of the Company; - Preparation of a complete package of tender documentation, price breakdowns (MS Excel) for all sections (design, construction, fit-out, HVAC, domestic water and sewage, fire water, power supply and lighting, low current systems) in commercial prices; - Risk management; - Preparing for signing and signing contracts with Clients and subcontractors; - Getting bank guarantees; - Control of payments; - Project costs optimization, coordination of technical solutions and materials used; - Checking the feasibility of technical solutions at the design stage; - Work with the Company's partners to obtain the best commercial conditions for the supply of materials and equipment; - Construction works management from the contract signing to the commissioning of the project; - Interaction with Landlords, Client's Representatives and third parties; - Master Programmes (MS Project), deadlines; - Managing working drawings issue; - Selection of operatives (own labour + subcontractors); - Tendering subcontractors and managing their work; - KS-2 and KS-3; - Managing as-builts; - Project hand-over to the Client; - Reports to the Client and Client's Representatives; - Plan / fact analysis for internal use; Projects: MKR Media (OMSK) office premises, television and radio facilities 7500 m2, Philip Morris office premises 5000 m2, Dow Jones office premises 500 m2, HUAWEI flagship service center 300 м2, IBIS Oktyabrskoe pole hotel 11000 m2, ENI S.p.A. office premises1200 m2, MasterCard innovation showroom 300m2 etc.
