Responsibilities: - Electromagnetic compatibility analysis of different radio networks and radio technologies; - Radio network planning for cellular communications

Key achievements: - Radio planning was done for strategic projects including LTE network for Rakuten Japan, several LTE networks for mining companies in North and Latin Americas, several private LTE networks in North America, LTE network in Azerbaijan, LTE networks for several regions in Africa and many other projects. Supported radio design for IoT networks (Nb-IoT and LoRa based). - Acted as a major contributor to various offer preparations for global and regional clients, requiring LTE specific expertise; Responsibilities: - Support projects from the Radio Network Design side for 3G/4G RAN; - RF design for macro and Small cell network (coverage analysis, site counts, site positions, configurations, capacity analysis, dimensioning of eNodeB/NodeB, dimensioning of 3G/2G RNC/BSC); computation of different coverage predictions with RNP tool (Atoll) - Support the bidding team in definition of product strategy for RFQ (RFP) response; - Interact with sales teams to ensure clear understanding of customer needs; - Support the bid and customer engagement through presentation of RF design results at customer meetings and workshops; gathering of customer info and inputs, clarification of requirements.

Key achievements: - Successfully supported ALU geographical expansion presence in new regions of Russia; - Improved customer network by implementing new ALU equipment and features. Responsibilities: - Support the Account teams in customer engagement. Business development for mobile access products (mainly CDMA/EVDO and LTE products). Preparation and hold presentations and workshops. - Effectively personally participate in bid preparations from commencement, including customer presentations on products (CDMA, EVDO, UMTS, LTE), to sale.

Key achievements and responsibilities: - Led a team of seven professionals. In the course of Skylink network planning in the Moscow region the following had been done: - Radio-planning of the CDMA-2000 network (1x and EVDO); - Preparation of CDMA-2000 network deployment plan for the initial stage of the network development; CDMA-2000 network was successfully deployed; - Accurate forecast of the network coverage and capacity; - Successful development of network growth plans; - Performed analysis of the base stations operations and analysis of the radio network statistics; - Developed and implemented several innovative proposals for improvements in the radio coverage, increase in network capacity, and improvement in the quality of the network operation; - Effectively worked with the equipment suppliers by preparing requests for proposals and performed comparative analysis of the suppliers offers.
