•checking shipments according to Russian legislation composition restrictions
•communication with Production offices and GPCD (global product compliance department) in Sweden
•organization of samples delivery

•organization of trip and successful production analysis
•business trips to factories in China, Indonesia , Turkey
•checking labels information in Castor system
•negotiating and making agreements with laboratories, certification bodies

•Communication with brands (22 cosmetic brands) to provide information about new products, maintaining databases of novelties , monitoring the timely registration
•Analysis of new products on the necessity of registration, consultation with registration authorities
• Assistance in customs clearance, checking data/documents with customs department
•Preparation and signing documents for registration in accordance with the law
• Order of samples for testing and dispatch to laboratory
• Tracking payment of invoices
• Maintaing databases of certificates , checking the period of their validity, re-registration of all assortment
• Monitoring of legislation in field of certification and quality
• Processing of collateral/ merchandising reports
• Handling queries of retailers/ customers on the availability of registration documents and filling the files
• Updated brochures for POS
• Entry Russian labels in Ellabel base, processing requests from warehouse
• Work in SAP (registration data entry, alcohol checking , block/unblock codes, reports upload)
• Adding information about certification for all SKUs in JDE system
• Checking forecast reports on unloaded products , error correction
• Communication with global regulatory department in UK , with colleagues in USA, Belgium, France
