Engineer, Project Engineer, Coordinator

Work in the team of EPC-contractor company «China Petroleum Engineering & Construction corporation». Construction of Amur Gas Processing Plant. (P2- unlicensed units). Field engineering team it is department, which is in charge for issuing relevant design detailed documentation. It provides technical solutions for technical queries of various kinds. Structurally is consisted of several disciplines: CSA- civil/steel structure/architecture, MEC – mechanical equipment, IA- instrument & automation and telecom, ELE- electrical parts of the project , CP - cathodic protection , PIP - piping, WSD - water supply and drain systems, HVAC - heating, ventilation and air conditioning. - Coordination of the field engineering team. Ensuring interdisciplinary interaction. - Monitoring and coordination of responses (issuing a technical solution) to technical queries. - Monitoring and tracking the implementation of works on performing changes (redlines) to the design documentation (AFC - approved for construction). - Control of the correctness of the execution of packages of design detailed documentation (according to the GOST and procedure). - Daily interaction with representatives of the project management contractor (NIPIgas-general contractor). - Periodic interaction with a subsidiary (Chinese Design Institute) regarding the production of IFC packages –– issued for the construction and release of new revisions of packages of design documentation. - Analysis and processing of the internal performance of the department (using internal tools). Organization of the internal operational activities of the department. Distribution of tasks according to priorities. Monitoring the entry in the DD-change log book. - Participation in meetings with the customer (Gasprom) and in internal meetings. - Daily contact with the author’s supervision service (subcontracting company) and the Russian design institute. Periodic interaction with fluor design company. - Tracking the submitting of documentation. Interaction with subcontracting companies Yamata and Velesstroy, as well as with the department of quality control (QA/QC), incoming control and as-built documentation department of our company. - Constant work with software systems Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Acrobat. Periodic, in user mode, is NavisWorks. - Daily constant conversations in English. - Solving of tasks regarding providing of technical solutions in some technical areas.

Work in the team of subcontractor company LLC «Renaissance Heavy Industries». Construction of Amur Gas Processing Plant. (P3) - Calculation of quantities and accounting of completed work. - Preparation of executive (as-built) documentation (Preparation of certificates: certificate of hidden works, certificate of inspection of bearing structures, collection of executive survey schemes , quality certificates of materials used, acts of input control). - Preparation of a package of documents, monitoring the processes of signing of documents, interaction with the technical control services, the general contractor, the contractor of organization building processes. - Compilation of general and special work book. - Organization of document circulation with the contractor оf organization building processes. Etc.

Work in the team of subcontractor company LLC «Velesstroy». Construction of Amur Gas Processing Plant. (P1 – licensed units) Foreman of lifting operations. (welding and assembly department, group of accounting spools). - Organization of lifting operations works and welding works (compilations and opening of work permit for lifting operations). - Ordering the required construction machinery. - Responsibility for performance of work, compliance with occupational safety and industrial safety. - Carrying out the audits for lifting equipments, mechanism and devices. - Applying for passing non-destructive testing in the lab. - Organization of the spool movement around the site and warehousing

Work in the team of general contractor «Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd». Construction of an international project «Uz.Gtl – Uzbekistan gas to liquid». Erecting of liquefy gas plant for the production of synthetic fuel (gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene). - Organization of mechanical fitting works and welding works (compilations and opening of work permit for fitting assembling, hot works, welding works). - Installation of stop valves, pipe welding (different diameters). - Ordering the required construction machinery. - Responsibility for performance of work, compliance with occupational safety and industrial safety. - Carrying out the audits for lifting equipments, mechanism and devices. - Work with the cranes, which have load capacity from 20 tons to 320 tons («Galichanin» (based on KamAZ and Ural), Liebherr LTC & LTM, XCGM, Man, Sennebogen). - Responsibility for performance of work, compliance with occupational safety and industrial safety. (Expansion project included the construction of ten RVSPK-100.000 in Novorossiysk and modification of coastal structures). - Organization of crane works (compilations and opening of work permit for lifting operations works. - Compilations of lift plans for lifting operations with the loads over 5 tons weight (the requirement of the controlling company «Chevron Inc». - Ordering the required construction machinery. - Carrying out the audits for lifting equipments, mechanism and devices. - Work with the cranes which have load capacity from 25 tons to 100 tons («Galichanin» based on KamAZ and Ural), Liebherr LTC&LTM, Zoomlion.). - Responsibility for performance of work, compliance with occupational safety and industrial safety.
