EPC services in the gas separation and preparation technology from design to start-up, commissioning, contract operation and maintenance. Responsibilities: execution of 95-98% company’s projects (engineering design, design, equipment procurement and supply, construction, supervision, commissioning): budget, time schedule, requested quality; leading a department. Responsibilities: identification of potential projects, project structuring, due diligence, audit, analysis, evaluation, equipment supply, project support. Objects: development of the modernization program the huge machinery plants (Izhora Zavody, UralHimMash), factories of mining companies (Sredneuralsky Copper Smelting Plant, NorilskNickel plants), heating network and energy utilities of Ekaterinburg, manufactures of Tubular Metallurgical Company.

Responsibilities: full technical, commercial and methodological management of the projects on construction of own power facilities (major power stations, distributed generation): identification of construction contracting strategy, participation in development and agreement of financing terms, selection of equipment suppliers and service providers, development of key commercial terms of contracts with suppliers (including contracts with ЕРС, LTSA, OM, O&M), organization of equipment analysis and selection, preparation of terms of reference for power stations construction and operation, goal setting and monitoring of investment case and feasibility study development, monitoring of power stations construction projects, tracking of and control over construction, project implementation, development and implementation of business plans and forecasts. Direct participation in management of project contracts worth $1000 million.
