Hostess / Maitre D'/ F&B manager

I'm encharge of all bar and restaurant staff which consists of 21 team members (I do think it's important that 11 out of 21 are English speaking foreigners). I make their schedule, I train them, I help them when it's needed and I check them in and out. Also I have to keep under control bar inventory monthly. I respond of all bar and restaurant equipment. As every single day we do have different lunch and dinner menu I'm the one who prove it with the Chef and then print it. I feel the safety journal monthly. Responsible for greet, seat and accommodate the guests according to Viking standards. If they need any help or recommendations I'm always there. I always support and treat my guests on a very high level and get a lot of good feedbacks. For me one of the most important part of job is to keep warm atmosphere in a team and never forget that smile is a part of uniform.
