I was responsible for sales process in architecture practice.
From writing emails to cold calling and door-to-door marketing.
As a blog author, I was writing articles about residential architecture, simple guidance for working with an architect, advisory notes for choosing of materials and much more.
As a practice manager, my duties involved daily written communication with contractors and project stakeholders.

Как ответственный менеджер архитектурной практики я отвечал как за процесс продаж так и конвертацию клиентов, а так же маркетинговую составляющую бизнеса. В мои дневные обязанности входило как написание имейлов, до звонков с клиентами и маркетинга в стиле ОДКД.
Как автор блога об архитектуре, я писал очень много статей на различные темы (от постов про освещение в домах, до руководств о том, как необходимо выстраить линию работы с архитекторами)

I guess I will start off in English straight away. Do hope its what youre seeking, right? A guy who can type in English pretty good.
Let me quickly sketch my profile for you, so you know who you potentially are about to work with.
Even though, I have never worked as a copywriter, I do constantly type about architecture in Australia. This is for my wifes website. She is an architect.
- Why do I feel Im a right person for this role?
First of all, I dont need to be trained in English. I guess, its kinda obvious, judging by the fact this text is composed in pure English. I can teach your team when I have free time though.
Second, Im a person of million interests. One of which is by a lucky coincidence is investments. If Im lucky enough to become to fill this role, then I guess it will make me learn something new. I hope.
At last, Im a quick learner. Its ok to learn these days, but whats needed is to learn fast, right?
- From my biography
Im an engineer, two degrees. One Russian, another one is from Australia. Born and bread in here, however, my heart is still with the shores of the Pacific Ocean.
Im fun, most of the time. Soul of company, as is. You will see.
Im a kinesthetic type. Means touch and learn. Any task I have in front of me needs to be dug deep and cut in pieces, so I can structure out what to do. I guess its what engineering is all about really.
- Relevant experience
I tried day trading for myself, have investopedia.com at my bookmarks in my browser. Although, need to say that I had to quit. All due to incompatibility of such thing with my day job duties and its abnormal working hours + market activity hours. Still keep Investopedia as my main source of knowledge about stock market though.
- Final notes.
Id like to add that I was quite surprised by the fact, that there is such a company like yours in our country. It is not that I thought we are (as a nation) only capable of extracting dirt from the ground, but Im still surprised to see such startups popping up here and there. Means we are moving the right direction (again, as a nation).
I do want to meet you guys, even if Im not going to score at this time. Just to shake hands and give you all a wink for good luck.
