Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and conduct training course include pre-test, theoretical and practical parts, post-test.
2. Make revision and renew training materials for each training course.
3. Create new training materials tools
4. Manage of training tools and materials.
5. Arrange and conduct periodically survey and maintenance of training tools and equipment.
6. Arrange if necessary training tools and equipment repairing work.

1. Maintain/ repair/ overhaul equipment –diesels, hydraulic, pneumatic power/pressure and shop equipment, including TRS Hoisting Tools, their regular annual semi annual cat 3 and 4 inspections.
2. Document all maintenance/ repair and overhaul works. Generate and implement an equipment maintenance schedule to cover all major machinery and equipment.
3. Inspect and document all incoming and outgoing inter-company parts when received and prior to shipment, maintain Spare parts stocks inventory and records.
4. Assist in load outs.
5. Generate Work Orders for the regular inspections of hoisting tools and drifts., keep and maintain hardcopy files of all TRS equipment inspection reports, Work Orders, MR’s, maintenance checklists etc.
6. Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.
7. Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 quality assurance system
8. Control and issue tasks to workshop crew requested by Maintenance Supervisor.

1.Ensure equipment is maintained as per the equipment manual and are functioning prior to start of jobs.
2. Raise corrective actions for all non-compliance.
3. Ensure all maintenance and movements of the equipment are documented and reported/kept properly.
4.To ensure preventive maintenance is done and records updated at onsite location, including ordering spare parts.
5. Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 quality assurance system.

1. Installation and commissioning of mining, excavation and reload LIEBHERR equipment
3. Detecting and trouble shooting in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems of LIEBHERR equipment.
4. Units and parts replacement of LIEBHERR equipment.
5. Technical Inspection of equipment.
6. Statistic data acquisition of LIEBHERR equipment operation.

1. Production and economic activity supervision of the diesel unit.
2. Rational organization of labour and production tasks for team – leaders and workmen, production activity assessment.

1. Working out and implementing production operations and conditions for wheel-roller and cargo car maintenance units.
2. Drawing up plans of equipment installation, technical means and fitting out working places, calculation of operational capacities and equipment work-load.
3. Working out of technological standards, instructions, assembling schemes, route maps, schemes of technical level and quality of products.
